Many a time I have sat in the dark during a power cut in Tirana, very frustrating in the internet cafe and very dangerous in the hairdressers!
Yes, Sky, so did I innumerable times while in Tirana since 1993, and had to endure also hours of generators' noise and pollution! Things have evolved over the years, but large contrasts still exist in many a field there.....
